While I do my best to reject uploads that appear to have been copyrighted by any invidual, planning website or company, all uploaded content is the responsibility of the individual member who uploaded it. Brendenisteaching does NOT claim legal responsibility over the uploads and it is a condition of membership that this is accepted by the user.

It is made very clear that users are not to upload content that does not belong to them. If you or your company claim copyright ownership of materials found to be hosted on this site, contact the administrator at incoming(at)brendenisteaching.com with details of the files, or links to them, and preferably provide some evidence that they are yours (for example, if you uploaded them to the TES resource bank two years ago)

BrendenisTeaching does manually approve new uploads by way of the administrator or an appointed moderator, however no guarantees can be made in regards to the quality of the resources or usefulness for a particular purpose. Lesson content is not moderated, the sole purpose of the moderation process is to reduce the uploading of content owned by anyone else, entirely irrelevant content or potentially harmful files.

In the event of an undetected file with malicious intent, inserted into the system by hackers or otherwise, BrendenisTeaching will not be held liable for any damages caused. It is the users's responsibility to have adequate security installed against viruses and the like.

The moderation processed renders this event highly unlikely, but it always pays to be careful.
